Coconut Vegan Bacon
This coconut vegan bacon is an awesome crispy substitute for bacon that is so easy to make! Vegan, paleo and whole30 approved!

Ingredients

coconut aminos
1
tbs
maple syrup

garlic powder

cumin
1/2
tsp
smoked sea salt

cup
finely shred coconut flakes
2
cups
large coconut flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F
In a large bowl combine the coconut aminos, maple syrup, garlic powder, cumin and smoked sea salt. Stir well.
Add the large coconut flakes and finely shredded coconut flakes and stir until fully coated.
Add to the oven and bake for 18 minutes. Remove and stir.
Put the coconut bacon back in the oven for 7 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and enjoy.
