1packet of stevia - depending on personal preference on sweetness
Instructions
In a microwave safe bowl, defrost raspberries (or leave them overnight in a bowl in the fridge - they should defrost enough for mashing by the morning).
Mash berries in bowl with a fork and add chia, stirring immediately as the chia will start to jelly almost instantly.
Stir in stevia (I add a packet if I'm using the jelly to sweeten my yogurt).
