Maple Vanilla Mixed Nuts

Maple vanilla mixed nuts help curb all my snack craving, sweet, salty, crunchy and filling! These mixed nuts are the answer to your snacking rut!

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the coconut sugar, 1/2 tbs. maple syrup, 1 egg white, stevia and vanilla extract.
  • Add in the mixed nuts and stir until nuts are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the fleur de sel over the nuts
  • Pour nuts onto parchament paper and make sure they are evenly distributed
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F
  • Take out of the oven. Add the other 1/2 tbs. maple syrup and stir.
  • Allow to cool before tasting.
