Protein Packed Shamrock Shake
Healthy version of your favorite Shamrock Shakes! Protein Packed Peppermint Shamrock Shakes are vegan, low fat and full of greens!

- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 banana frozen (if possible)
- 1 tbs. raw cashew pieces
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla SunWarrior or vanilla protein powder of choice
- 1 medjool date
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
In a personal blender or a regular blender add ingredients in this order: spinach, frozen banana, cashews, coconut milk, protein powder, date, peppermint extract then chia seeds.
Blend until fully combined.
Option to top with coconut whipped cream (So Delicious Coco Whip is an awesome option).
