Vegan Pesto Zoodles

- 1 zucchini spiralized
- 3 tbs. collard green pesto use this spinach basil pesto recipe
- 1/2 cup drained rinsed organic chickpeas
- 6 miniature heirloom tomatoes halved
- salt and pepper to taste
Spiralize the zucchini
Add the pesto and stir to combine, making sure all the zoodles are covered in pesto.
Toss in chickpeas and tomatoes.
