Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Figs and Walnuts
This healthy cauliflower crust pizza with figs and walnuts is the perfect date night meal! This gluten free, low carb, paleo pizza crust is simple to make and doesn't take a ton of time!
Place foil or parchment paper and spray liberally with non-stick spray (I used coconut oil spray)
Divide the mixture evenly into 2 or 4 piles(depending on how big your baking sheets are).
Press down and form the pizza into a thin round crust. Repeat with the remaining piles.
Place in the oven at 400F for 20 minutes. Remove and carefully flip over. This is why I like to make smaller individualized pizzas, they are easier to flip.
Top with desired toppings and place back in the oven 5-6 minutes to melt the cheese.
Cut and serve!
