Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix Bars
These all natural pumpkin spice trail mix bars are the perfect snack food. This simple recipe can be made in under 5 minutes with whatever you have on hand.
In a glass bowl, measure out the almond butter and at least 1/3 cup of honey. Microwave on high for 20 to 40 seconds or until the almond butter is pliable. Stir the honey and almond butter together. You can also do this on the stove over medium low heat.
Once the almond butter and honey have been incorporated and are easy to mix, add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. Mix well. until all the ingredients are combined.
You can line a 6X10 or 8X8 dish with foil to make clean up a breeze. Spray lightly with non-stick spray.
Add the nut and honey mixture tot he dish. Press into an even layer and refrigerate for 1 hour.
