- 1 can tuna in water - drained
- 1/2 small avocado - smashed
- 2 tbs. homemade pesto
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes - chopped
- 1 original Wrawp wraps or wrap of choice
- Handful of spinach
Drain the tuna (or chickpeas)
In a bowl, smash the avocado and add the drained tuna and pesto
Add the spinach to 1/3 of the wrap. Top with the avocado tuna mixture and top with tomatoes.
Tightly roll the wrap up and cut on a diagonal
