Pesto Avocado Tuna Wraps

  • 1 can tuna in water - drained
  • 1/2 small avocado - smashed
  • 2 tbs. homemade pesto
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 original Wrawp wraps or wrap of choice
  • Handful of spinach


  • Drain the tuna (or chickpeas)
  • In a bowl, smash the avocado and add the drained tuna and pesto
  • Add the spinach to 1/3 of the wrap. Top with the avocado tuna mixture and top with tomatoes.
  • Tightly roll the wrap up and cut on a diagonal
  • Enjoy!
