Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the protein powder and nut butter and stir well.
  • Add the chia seeds and 1/4 cup of milk. Let sit for 1 minute.
  • Stir well. Add the cocoa powder and baking powder and stir until well combined.
  • Spoon out the batter 1 tbs. each brownie bite into a bite size muffin tin
  • Place one chocolate chunk in the center of each brownie
  • Sprinkle with coarse sea salt (optional)
  • Bake for 14-15 minutes at 375.
  • Let cool slightly before enjoying
