  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the egg, molassas, maple syrup, stevia, and almond butter. Add the apple sauce to this mixture and stir until incorporated.
  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, ginger and cinnamon to the bowl and stir until combined.
  4. Add the baking powder and baking soda. Stir well.
  5. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with non-stick spray.
  6. Using a tablespoon sprayed with non-stick spray portion out the cookies (should make 14-16).
  7. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes
