I spend 5-6 days a week in the gym, and I’m constantly looking for a new workout playlist. This one has been my go-to for a few weeks, and thought I would share it with you! I teach spin every week and am always building new playlists to keep my class motivated. That’s how Enter Sandman made it’s way into my list 🙂 It’s awesome for sprints!
I usually lift to the same music I run or do tabatas to, which means I often burn out on a playlist quickly. Dave on the other hand has to listen to “harder” music to lift and his playlist doesn’t change much. As long as something has a good beat, I’m jamming out. I’m usually the girl on dancing around on the lifting floor… apparently people stare at me, but I’m usually pretty self absorbed and don’t notice – woops!
This Workout Playlist Will Get You Moving
This playlist will certainly get you though a good run or high intensity workout! I use a ton of these in spin to keep the room motivated and moving! There is nothing better than a good beat to keep peoples legs moving when class gets tough!
If you are on spotify, the playlist is public – you can find me Samantha Rowland and the name of the playlist is Spring Workout Playlist 2015. You can check out my Throw Back Spin playlist while you are there – love rocking out to that too!
If you are looking for a great workout to do while listen to this playlist, check out the Total Body Workout or this Ladder Workout. This playlist will keep you motivated to keep going when the workout gets hard!
