1 medium apple 1/2 medium banana 1 cup baby spinach 2 tbsp. cashews (or nut or seed of choice) 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup ice 1 tbsp. chia seeds 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (optional)

Wash and chop the apple.
