Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, red onion and chopped garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes.


Step 2

Add cooked lentils and spices to the skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes.


Step 3

Add vegetable broth and rice to the skillet. Stir well.


Step 4

Chop the veggies, assemble the shawarma bowls and top with optional dressing.
