– Onion – Garlic – Poblano pepper – Jalepno pepper – Spices - salt, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, red pepper – Vegetable broth – Salsa verde – White beans

Step 1

Preheat a large pot over medium heat. Once preheated, add chopped onion. Cook 2-3 minutes.


Step 2

Add the garlic, poblano pepper and jalapeno to the pot and cook 3-5 minutes until softened.


Step 3

Add the spices, stir well and let cook 1 minute.


Step 4

Add the rest of the ingredients, and cover the pot. Bring to a simmer to heat through.


Step 5

Optional: mash some of the white beans to help thicken the chili a bit before serving.
