INGREDIENTS

– Cashews – Water – Lemon juice – Dijon mustard – Coconut aminos – Capers –Salt, garlic powder

Step 1

Soak the cashews in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.

Drain the cashews (discard the water). Add the cashews and the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
