INGREDIENTS

– Cucumber – Tomato – Red onion – Flat leaf parsley – Kalamata olives (optional) Lemon Dressing – Lemon juice – Olive oil – Salt – Garlic powder – Italian seasoning

Step 1

Cut the cucumbers into 1/2 inch pieces.

Slice the tomatoes in half. Or cut a large tomato into 1/2 inch pieces.

Finely chop the red onion, parsley and chop the olives (optional).

Make the lemon dressing by combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
