INGREDIENTS

– Salmon – Tahini – Lemon juice – Salt – Garlic powder – Herbs de Provence (or italian seasoning) – Fresh parsley – Green beans (optional) – Tomatoes (optional)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Combine the tahini, lemon juice, spices and fresh parsley in a bowl.

Spray cooking sheet with olive oil. Add salmon (skin side down) and green beans and tomatoes.
