Tahini fudge is rich, chocolatey and so easy to make. Sweetened with dates and made in the food processor with just 5 ingredients, this vegan freezer fudge is a great snack!

INGREDIENTS

– Dates – Tahini – Cacao powder – Almond flour – Chocolate chips

Step 1

Remove the pits from the dates. Soak the dates in boiling water at least 10 minutes.

While dates are soaking, melt the chocolate (1 minute in microwave, stir and heat 30 more seconds).

Add soaked dates, tahini and melted chocolate to food processor. Blend until smooth.

Add almond flour, cacao powder and water (or coconut oil). Blend until smooth.

Line loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread the tahini fudge into single layer.

Let fudge freeze 1-2 hours. Take out and slice into squares. Store in freezer.
