– Vegetable broth
– Ground Cumin
– Smoked paprika
– Salt
– Lime Juice

Chop the sweet potatoes, onions and slice the bell peppers into 1 inch strips.

Place parchment on a baking sheet and add the veggies. Roast 400F for 30 minutes.
