INGREDIENTS

– Onion – Garlic – Vegetable broth – Diced tomatoes – Chimichurri sauce – Salt – Garlic powder – Red pepper flakes – White beans – Kale

Step 1

Sauté the onions and garlic over medium heat in a large pot.

While onions are cooking, mash half the white beans with a fork.

Once onions are translucent, add 1/2 cup broth and scrape down the bottom of the pan.

Add the rest of the broth, diced tomatoes, spices, chimichurri sauce, and white beans to the pot. Bring to a boil
