The Best Smoked Salmon Bowls


Smoked salmon bowls are so easy to make, packed with flavor and ready in just 15 minutes. This smoked salmon sushi bowl recipe is great for lunch or dinner and can even use leftover rice or salmon.

– Rice – Cucumber – Carrots – Coconut aminos – Rice wine vinegar – Sesame oil – Smoked salmon – Pickled ginger (optional)

Step 1

Rinse the rice well then cook it in the instant pot or on the stove. For instant pot cook 3 minutes high pressure.


Step 2

While rice is cooking, make the marinade for vegetables. Combine coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil.


Step 3

Add sliced cucumbers and soak 5 minutes.


Step 4

Cut the smoked salmon into cubes.


Step 5

When rice is done cooking, assemble the bowls. Add rice, cucumbers, carrots, smoked salmon. Reserve the remaining sauce for pouring over the top for flavor.


Step 6

Add additional toppings like avocado, ginger or sesame seeds.
