INGREDIENTS

– Rice – Cucumber – Carrots – Coconut aminos – Rice wine vinegar – Sesame oil – Smoked salmon – Pickled ginger (optional)

Step 1

Rinse the rice well then cook it in the instant pot or on the stove. For instant pot cook 3 minutes high pressure.

While rice is cooking, make the marinade for vegetables. Combine coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil.
