– Balsamic vinegar – Coconut aminos (or soy sauce) – Olive oi – Dijon mustard – Salt – Garlic powder – Bay leaf (optional) – Boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh

Step 1

Add all the ingredients except the chicken and bay leaf to the slow cooker. Stir well.


Step 2

Add the chicken and bay leaf to the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker.


Step 3

Cook on high for 3.5 hours or low for 6 hours.


Step 4

Shred the chicken in the crockpot to absorb more of the juices.
