INGREDIENTS

– Cauliflower – Sweet Potatoes – Olive oil – Salt, – Smoked paprika – Cumin – Garlic powder – Red pepper flakes (optional)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450F. Chop the cauliflower into even bite size pieces.

Chop the sweet potatoes into 1/2-1 inch cubes (try to make them the same size)

Add the cauliflower and sweet potatoes to parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle spices. Stir well.

Bake at 450F for 35-40 minutes. At 30 minutes, take the veggies out and stir them a round.
