INGREDIENTS

– Pasta – Onion – Garlic – Mushrooms – Pesto – Cherry Tomatoes

Step 1

Bring water to a boil, start the pasta. Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and slice the mushrooms and tomatoes.

Sauté the onions 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and mushrooms.

Cook mushrooms with onion and garlic 5-7 minutes.

Drain the pasta (reserve some of the water). Add the cooked pasta, pesto and tomatoes to the pan.

Stir the pesto pasta in the pan, add reserved pasta water if needed to thin out the sauce.
