– Boneless, skinless chicken – Olive oil – Pesto – Salt – Garlic powder

Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes. Add olive oil, salt and garlic powder to the chicken.

Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and move chicken into a single layer. Don't touch for 5 minutes.
