Vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are rich, delicious and so easy to make! Made in just 20 minutes with 6 ingredients, these chocolate chip peanut butter cookies will soon become one of your families’ favorite recipes!


- 1/2 cup maple syrup - 6 tbsp. applesauce - 2/3 cup natural peanut butter - 2/3 cup oat flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1/3 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)


Add wet ingredients to large bowl. Stir well to combine.


Add dry ingreidents to bowl. Stir well to fully combine.


Add the chocolate chips and stir until well distributed.


Scoop out the batter using a cookie scoop onto parchement paper lined baking sheet.


Optional: for thinner, crispier cookies, press them down with damp fingers to flatten.


Bake the cookies at 350F for 13 minutes.


After baking, allow cookies to cool 5-10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack or eating.
