– Avocado oil – Coconut sugar – Vanilla extract (optional) – Oat flour – Dairy free milk – Baking powder – Chocolate chips (optional)

Step 1

Combine the avocado oil, coconut sugar and vanilla extract in a mug.


Step 2

Add the oat flour, dairy free milk and baking powder. Stir well until all lumps are gone.


Step 3

Add the chocolate chips and whatever other mix-in ingredients you want.


Step 4

Microwave for 60 seconds (or bake at 350F for 14 minutes). Allow to cool 2-5 minutes before enjoying.
