The Best  Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies


Oat flour chocolate chip cookies are so simple, all you need is one bowl and a spoon. These gluten free chocolate chip cookies are soft, gooey and so delicious!

– Avocado oil – Coconut sugar (or regular sugar) – Dairy free milk – Oat flour – Arrowroot (or tapioca or cornstarch) – Baking powder – Salt – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl combine the avocado oil and coconut sugar.


Step 2

Add the oat flour to the sugar mixture. Stir well.


Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to the bowl and stir well. Rest the dough 1-2 minutes.


Step 4

Add the chocolate chips and stir well to incorporate.


Step 5

Spoon the dough onto a baking sheet (I like to use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop).


Step 6

Press the cookies down with your hand to flatten them slightly.


Step 7

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow to cool at least 15 minutes.
