– Black beans – Cucumber – Tomatoes – Red onion – Flat leaf parsley – Capers

– Lemon juice – Red wine vinegar – Olive oil – Dijon mustard – Spices: Salt, garlic powder, oregano

Cut the cucumber into 1/2 inch pieces. Cut the cucumber length wise, then again lengthwise then into 1/2 pieces.
