– Maple syrup – Dijon mustard – Olive oil – Salt – Brussel Sprouts

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Combine the maple syrup, dijon mustard, olive oil and salt in a large bowl. Stir well.

Cut the brussel sprouts in half or quarters (you want them the same thickness).

Add the brussel sprouts to the bowl with the maple mustard sauce. Stir well.
