– Maple syrup – Dijon mustard – Olive oil – Salt – Brussel Sprouts

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Combine the maple syrup, dijon mustard, olive oil and salt in a large bowl. Stir well.


Step 2

Cut the brussel sprouts in half or quarters (you want them the same thickness).


Step 3

Add the brussel sprouts to the bowl with the maple mustard sauce. Stir well.


Step 4

Put down parchment then add the brussel sprouts. Turn them all cut side down.


Step 5

Bake at 425F for 27 minutes.
