The Best  Kale Mushroom Pasta

– Onion – Garlic – Mushrooms – Kale – Tomatoes – Salt – Pasta Creamy Balsamic Sauce – Almond butter – Balsamic vinegar – Salt – Garlic powder – Water

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling cook the pasta 1 minute less than indicated. Chop the onion, garlic, and kale, slice the mushrooms and tomatoes


Step 2

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray the pan with olive oil and cook the onions 3-4 minutes. Then add garlic and cook 1 minute.


Step 3

Move the onions and garlic to the side and add the mushrooms, cook 5-7 minutes.


Step 4

Make the balsamic sauce by combining the ingredients in a bowl


Step 5

Once mushrooms are done, add chopped kale and stir well. Turn off heat.


Step 6

Drain the pasta, add the pasta, balsamic sauce and sliced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well.
