– Kale – Brussel Sprouts – Pecans – Cranberries
Lemon Dressing
– Lemon juice – White wine vinegar – Olive oil – Dijon mustard – Salt – Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 275F. De-stem the kale and chop or shred it into bite size pieces and wash the kale

Shred the brussel sprouts (use a knife or food processor). Add brussel sprouts to the salad bowl with the kale.

Once oven is preheated, add the pecans to the oven and bake for 7 minutes

Add all the ingredients for the lemon dressing in a jar and add a lid. Shake well until combined (or add to a bowl and whisk).
