– Green beans – Tomatoes – Fresh basil Dijon Vinaigrette  – Apple Cider vinegar – Olive oil – Dijon mustard – Spices: Salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning

Step 1

Trim the green beans and cut them into bite size pieces. .


Step 2

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add green beans and cook 5 minutes.


Step 3

After 5 minutes, drain the green beans and put them in an ice bath to stop cooking.


Step 4

Slice the tomatoes and chop the fresh basil.


Step 5

Measure out all the dijon vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl and stir well until well combined.


Step 6

Add the green beans, tomatoes and fresh basil to a bowl. Pour the dressing over top and toss the salad.
