– Onions – Diced tomatoes – Italian seasoning – Garlic powder – Salt – Sundried tomatoes – Cauliflower rice – Frozen spinach

Step 1

Chop an onion. Preheat a large skillet and cook the onions 3-4 minutes.


Step 2

Add drained diced tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and spices to the skillet with the onions. Cook 2 minutes.


Step 3

Add frozen cauliflower rice to the tomato mixture. Cook 10 minutes until hot.


Step 4

Add the frozen spinach to the cauliflower rice. Stir well and cook 2 minutes. Serve hot.
