INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Combine the dried chives, parsley, dill, sage and and 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Stir well.

Add chicken thighs to instant pot and sprinkle with 1/2 the seasoning + smoked paprika.

Add water to the instant pot and top the chicken with the metal trivet.

Add the baby potatoes on top of the metal trivet. Close the instant pot and cook high pressure 12 minutes.

Let pressure naturally release 10 minutes. After done, remove the potatoes and cut them in half or quarters.

Pour the olive oil and the rest of the spice blend and the rest of the salt over the potatoes. Stir well.

DIRECTIONS

This recipe works best with boneless skinless chicken thighs since they are quick cooking! Add 3 minutes of cooking time for chicken breast.
