INGREDIENTS

Cooked pastaHummusLemon juiceTahini (or almond butter)WaterSaltRed onionRed wine vinegarCucumberBell pepperTomatoes

Step 1

Cook the pasta. While pasta is cooking, slice the onion into thin strips. Add it to the bowl with red wine vinegar to soak.

Combine the hummus, lemon juice, tahini, water, and salt in a bowl.

Drain pasta, rinse with cold water. In a large bowl add all the ingredients (including the red wine vinegar from the onions).
