The Best Humus Pasta Salad

Step 1

Cook the pasta. While pasta is cooking, slice the onion into thin strips. Add it to the bowl with red wine vinegar to soak.


Step 2

Combine the hummus, lemon juice, tahini, water, and salt in a bowl.


Step 3

Drain pasta, rinse with cold water. In a large bowl add all the ingredients (including the red wine vinegar from the onions).


Step 4

Stir well until all the ingredients are well combined. Serve cold or at room temperature.
