INGREDIENTS

– Onion and garlic – Olive oil – Oat flour – Vegetable broth – Coconut aminos – Dairy free milk – Salt – Dried thyme – Green beans

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425F. Saute the onion and garlic over medium heat 4-5 minutes until light brown.

Move the onions to the side of the pan. Add the olive oil and oat flour and mix the oil and flour together.

Add the vegetable broth to the oat flour mixture. Stir well until all the flour is dissolved.

Add the dairy free milk, coconut aminos, salt and dried thyme. Simmer 3-4 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.

Bring water to a boil. Boil the green beans 3-4 minutes. Remove from the water immediately.
