INGREDIENTS

– Red onion – Lemon juice – Red wine vinegar – Olive oil – Cherry tomatoes – Flat leaf parsley – White beans – Salt, garlic powder, oregano

Step 1

Finely chop the red onion. Add it to a bowl with lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Let sit 3-5 minutes to take the bite out of the onion.

After 3-5 minutes, add the spices and olive oil to the bowl. Stir well.
