– Peanut butter – Maple syrup – Almond flour – Baking powder – Salt (optional) – Vanilla extract (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl combine the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.


Step 2

Add the almond flour, baking powder and salt to the bowl. Stir well.


Step 3

Scoop out the dough using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop. Put cookie dough on parchment paper lined baking sheet.


Step 4

Press down with a fork to make the cross hatch pattern (or press down the cookies with your hand).


Step 5

Bake the cookies at 350F for 10 minutes.


Step 6

Allow the cookies to cool at least 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
