The Easiest Garlic Chili Oil


Homemade garlic chili oil is quick and easy and adds so much flavor to any dish. Use on noodles, avocado toast, veggies and so many other ways.

– Avocado oil – Garlic – Chili flakes – Salt – Chili powder

Step 1

Finely chop the garlic.


Step 2

Add the chopped garlic to the avocado oil in a small saucepan. Put over medium heat.


Step 3

Once the oil starts to bubble take the pot off the heat. If you want crunchy garlic, cook for 3 minutes before taking off the heat.


Step 4

Add pepper flakes, salt and chili powder. Stir well and let steep at least 5 minutes.


– On noodles, ramen – For potstickers or dumplings – On avocado toast – On eggs (scrambled, hard boiled, over easy) – In stir fry – On veggies – Drizzled over hummus – As a dipping sauce
