– Cashews – White Beans – Sundried tomatoes – Salt – Garlic powder – Water – Pasta

Step 1

Soak the cashews in hot water. Rinse and drain the beans. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.


Step 2

While pasta is cooking, make the sauce. Combine the cashews, beans, sundried tomatoes, water, spices.


Step 3

Blend the sauce on high 1-2 minutes until smooth.


Step 4

Reserve water from the pasta. Drain the pasta then add the pasta, sauce and 1/4 cup pasta water to a pot.


Step 5

Stir well until you get your desired consistency, adding more pasta water as needed.
