INGREDIENTS

– Ground flax – Dairy free milk – Coconut sugar – Oat flour – Cacao powder – Baking powder – Avocado oil – Rolled oats – Chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl combine the ground flax and dairy free milk.

Add the coconut sugar, oat flour, cacao powder and baking powder to the bowl. Stir well.

Add the avocado oil to the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well incorporated.

Add rolled oats to the bowl. Stir well then let rest 5 minutes.

Add the chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.

Scoop out cookie dough using a 1 tablespoon scoop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
