– Dairy free milk – Maple syrup – Ground flax – Rolled oats – Baking powder – Chocolate chips – Vanilla extract (optional)

Step 1

Add the dairy free milk, maple syrup and ground flax to a bowl. Stir well.


Step 2

Add the rolled oats and baking powder to the flax mixture. Stir well.


Step 3

Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.


Step 4

Spray a casserole dish (8X8) with non-stick and add the oat mixture.


Step 5

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes.
