The Best Chocolate Baked Oatmeal


Chocolate baked oatmeal is such a fun breakfast or afternoon snack. You can cut this up into chocolate oatmeal bars as well. This recipe is egg free and naturally sweetened.

– Dairy free milk – Maple syrup – Ground flax – Cacao powder – Rolled oats – Baking powder – Chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large bowl combine the dairy free milk, maple syrup and ground flax. Stir well.


Step 2

Add the rolled oats, cacao powder and baking powder to the bowl. Stir well.


Step 3

Add half the chocolate chips to the bowl with the oats and stir.


Step 4

Spray the casserole dish with olive oil or avocado oil. Pour in the oat mixture and add the rest of the chocolate chips to the top.


Step 5

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Enjoy immediately or allow to cool to cut into squares.
