– Chicken breast (or boneless, skinless chicken thighs – Green peas – Olive oil – Lemon juice – Salt – Garlic powder – Italian seasoning

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, lemon juice and italian seasoning.


Step 2

Cut the chicken up into 1 inch pieces. Pour 3/4 of the marinade onto the chicken cubes. Stir well.


Step 3

Once the skillet is preheated, add the chicken, make it in one layer and cook 5 minutes without moving the chicken.


Step 4

After 5 minutes, move the chicken around, cooking 4-5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.


Step 5

Add the frozen green peas and the rest of the marinade to the cooked chicken. Cook2-3 minutes then serve hot.
