INGREDIENTS

– 1/2 medium white onion – 1 bag frozen cauliflower rice – 2 cups cooked green lentils – 1 cup salsa – 1 tbsp. tomato paste – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp salt – 1 tsp smoked paprika – 1 tsp ground cumin – 1.5 tbsp coconut aminos

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet and spray with olive oil. Add chopped onion.

Once onions are cooked, add frozen cauliflower rice. Cook 3-4 minutes
