INGREDIENTS

– Red onion – Celery – Roasted red pepper – Coconut aminos – Spices: Smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, dried thyme, cayenne pepper – Cauliflower rice

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Once preheated, add chopped celery and red onion. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped roasted red pepper and spices to celery and onion mixture. Cook 1 minute.

Add frozen cauliflower rice and coconut aminos. Break up any large clumps and cook 4 minutes.

After 4 minutes, move the mixture to the edge of the pan to cook off excess liquid from the center (3-4 minutes).
