– Cucumber – Carrots – Green onion – Almond butter – Rice wine vinegar – Coconut aminos (or soy sauce) – Salt, garlic powder – Sesame oil – Sesame seeds (optional)

Step 1

Combine the almond butter, coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, salt, garlic powder and sesame oil in a bowl. Stir well to combine.


Step 2

Slice the cucumbers, shred the carrots, chop the green onion.


Step 3

Add the veggies and dressing to a large bowl. Stir well to combine.


Step 4

Let the salad sit for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy.
