The Best Buffalo Turkey Meatballs

– Ground turkey – Celery – Carrots – Green onion – Dried chives – Salt – Almond flour – Hot sauce – Avocado oil (or olive oil)

Step 1

Finely chop the celery and carrots in a food processor or with a knife.


Step 2

In a large bowl combine the chopped carrot/celery mixture, almond flour, green onion and spices.


Step 3

Add the ground turkey and 1/4 cup hot sauce to the bowl and stir to distribute the spice mixture.


Step 4

Roll out the buffalo turkey meatballs and place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.


Step 5

Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.


Step 6

Combine hot sauce with avocado oil and pour over the meatballs. Stir well.
